Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent legal advice on complex transactions and manage high-risk contracts
• Oversee privacy and compliance initiatives while identifying potential risks
• Mentor junior legal staff and manage client relations through contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or foreign equivalent; membership in a U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of post-admission experience, including in-house corporate legal experience
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, particularly with technology agreements
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and experience in compliance program implementation
• Proven ability to handle business litigation and disputes independently
