Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to manage and negotiate complex global commercial and corporate agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial and corporate agreements
• Support global M&A activities, advising the CFO and executive team on legal risks and deal structures
• Manage and coordinate outsourced legal counsel, ensuring high-quality legal support across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a highly regarded law school
• 4-8 years of total legal experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier law firm and 2+ years in-house at a fast-growing company
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with senior legal and business stakeholders
• Experience managing external counsel and navigating cross-border matters
• A bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning
