Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements and reseller agreements
• Support sales, channel, procurement, and third-party risk management teams while managing deal flow and approvals
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions related to data privacy and regulatory considerations

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 6+ years of commercial transactional experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Experience in drafting and negotiating software license agreements and understanding SaaS deal flow
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and HIPAA
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and IP issues related to commercial agreements
