Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Senior Corporate Counsel is a full-time position responsible for supporting corporate governance, equity administration, financing transactions, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance and maintain legal entities, including board matters and subsidiary maintenance
• Assist with equity administration and financing transactions, collaborating with finance and external counsel as necessary
• Draft and negotiate corporate agreements and advise on employment law matters in coordination with HR

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of corporate legal experience with exposure to governance, equity, and financing transactions
• Strong generalist instincts with the ability to manage multiple legal issues
• Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Prior in-house experience at a venture-backed startup is a plus
