Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Senior Corporate Counsel, a full-time remote position, is responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing complex real estate transactions related to data center operations, requiring expertise in real estate law and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal structuring of data center real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and developments
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements and contracts
• Oversee real estate due diligence and risk management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8-12+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in data center or infrastructure transactions
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex real estate negotiations and closings
• Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate law and transaction mechanics
• Strong negotiation skills in high-value, multi-party transactions
