Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will negotiate and execute a variety of commercial contracts while collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance and support strategic business initiatives in the cloud communications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with customers, partners, suppliers, and agents
• Identify and advise on legal risks, escalating as necessary to stakeholders
• Collaborate with non-legal colleagues to achieve business goals with legally sound strategies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one US state bar
• Minimum of 7 years of practicing experience, including 3 years in commercial contracts
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial or corporate law with a top-tier law firm
• Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating B2B SaaS agreements
