Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will take ownership of critical corporate work-streams, including corporate governance, securities, equity compensation matters, AI regulatory work, and corporate development projects, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and securities matters, including Board and committee meeting preparation and compliance
• Counsel on employee equity matters and support the administration of equity compensation programs
• Monitor and advise on AI legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations and products

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings
• Strong foundation in corporate governance, securities law, and M&A transactions
• Experience with equity compensation programs and collaboration with HR or Total Rewards teams
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and the evolving AI regulatory landscape
