Senior Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
To tackle complex legal challenges in cloud computing and AI, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will focus on high-value transactions related to datacenter leasing and operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for datacenter-related agreements, driving them to signature
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements supporting the deployment and operation of datacenters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deal structuring and provide business-focused legal counsel
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in-house supporting datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with datacenter contracts and facilities agreements
- Familiarity with datacenter operational requirements and financing structures
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal oversight to meet aggressive timelines
