Focused on high-value transactions, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will manage datacenter-related agreements, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for datacenter agreements, driving them to signature
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to datacenter operations and infrastructure procurement
- Collaborate with various departments to structure deals and provide business-focused legal counsel
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience with 3+ years in-house experience supporting datacenter projects
- Proven experience with datacenter contracts and facilities agreements
- Familiarity with datacenter operational requirements and financing structures
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal oversight to meet aggressive timelines
