Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - AI Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel on global AI regulations and responsible AI deployment across business units
• Monitor and interpret evolving AI laws, translating them into actionable business requirements and compliance controls
• Advise on AI regulatory-related commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating terms

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in AI, technology, or regulated industries
• Experience advising on AI laws and regulations, such as the EU AI Act and Colorado AI Act
• Product counseling experience on AI products and services
• Experience drafting policies and governance documents
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
