Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel responsible for advising on employment law and managing intellectual property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on federal and state employment regulatory and compliance matters
- Provide proactive employment law advice on hiring, leaves, wage compliance, and terminations
- Partner with outside counsel to manage the intellectual property portfolio
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of combined top law firm and/or in-house experience
- Strong background in California employment law
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission in California required
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Prior trademark experience preferred
