Senior Corporate Counsel - Ethics

Job Summary

Serving as a senior advisor on attorney ethics and professional responsibility matters, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Counsel - Ethics will manage complex conflicts of interest, provide guidance on ethical obligations, and support the firm's ethics program across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on attorney ethics and professional responsibility, handling sensitive matters end-to-end
• Conduct conflicts analysis for new business intake and lateral hiring, advising on resolution strategies
• Identify ethics-related risks and trends, recommending updates to firm policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience with a focus on attorney ethics and conflicts of interest
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex conflicts and provide practical guidance
• Experience advising law firm leadership on sensitive issues requiring professional judgment
• Familiarity with lateral hire and global conflicts processes, as well as professional responsibility rules
