Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Healthcare M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including legal strategy, risk management, and due diligence
• Advise on the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements and provide legal support for business ventures
• Conduct legal research, support post-closing integration, and monitor industry trends for compliance and legal risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice, with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required; healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
