Job Summary

Senior Corporate Counsel - Healthcare, a full-time position, is responsible for providing legal support on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including legal strategy coordination and due diligence
• Advise on the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements and assist with post-closing integration
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance and monitor industry trends for potential legal issues

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice; 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required; healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
