Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Massachusetts will manage high-value transactions related to datacenter agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for datacenter-related agreements, driving them to signature
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements supporting datacenter operations and infrastructure procurement
- Provide business-focused legal counseling on risk allocation and supplier performance matters
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience with 3+ years in-house experience supporting datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with datacenter contracts and facilities agreements
- Familiarity with datacenter operational requirements and financing structures
- Experience managing multiple projects to meet aggressive timelines with minimal oversight
