Senior Corporate Counsel - Product Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel Consultant to provide legal support in product compliance and corporate counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise software product leaders on AI use, data privacy, and product compliance laws
• Manage trade and export compliance, sub-processor notifications, and product accessibility compliance
• Oversee corporate IP management, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights

Required Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing with the applicable state bar
• 8 years of experience in a relevant legal field
• Solid understanding of SaaS solutions, data privacy, AI, and data security
• Previous in-house experience at a software or technology company
• Ability to craft and implement legal policies and training
