Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of contracts professionals supporting sales teams and providing legal support for commercial sales transactions
- Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions across government, enterprise, and consumer sectors
- Design, build, and implement processes to help scale the business
Qualifications:
- J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex commercial transactions
- Previous management experience preferred
- Experience negotiating international agreements
- Passion for process and organization
