Job Summary
Focused on high-value transactions in cloud computing and AI, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Texas Licensed will manage datacenter-related agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide critical infrastructure transactions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for datacenter agreements, driving them to signature
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for datacenter capacity leasing and infrastructure procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on deal structuring and provide business-focused legal counseling
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience with 3+ years in-house experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with datacenter contracts and facilities agreements
- Familiarity with datacenter operational requirements and financing structures
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal oversight to meet aggressive timelines
