Senior Corporate Counsel (US Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and contracts
• Oversee corporate governance and compliance for US and global entities
• Provide legal support for fundraising rounds and M&A transactions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth "in-house" environment
• Proven track record in fintech, payments, or the crypto/web3 space is highly preferred
• Ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers clearly
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced global regulatory environment
