Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Washington Licensed will manage high-value transactions related to datacenter agreements, including leasing and operations, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for datacenter-related agreements, driving them to signature
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements supporting datacenter operations and infrastructure procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deal structuring and provide business-focused legal counsel
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in-house experience supporting datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience negotiating datacenter contracts from both developer and tenant perspectives
- Familiarity with operational requirements and financing structures related to datacenters
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal oversight while meeting aggressive timelines
