Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for acquisition and investment
• Lead the M&A deal execution process, including analyzing target financials, developing valuation models, and managing due diligence
• Present complex financial analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with a focus on M&A and strategic analysis
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
