Senior Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support merger and acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of acquisition and equity investment business cases through research and financial analysis
• Manage the execution of the acquisition process, including valuation analysis, due diligence, and integration
• Collaborate with business units to identify strategic gaps and develop target selection criteria

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of Mergers and Acquisition or Venture Investments experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with at least six years of financial analysis or product management experience
• OR an MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with four years of financial analysis or product management experience
