Senior Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions, the full-time Senior Corporate Development Analyst will lead financial modeling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and summarize analyses to assist decision-makers, all while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation and synergy assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to synthesize information and assess target company fit
• Assist in project structuring and management, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related M&A roles
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience with financial modeling
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in telecom or technology preferred
• Interest in technology trends and a proactive approach to team initiatives
