Senior Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the company's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time Senior Corporate Development Analyst will lead financial modeling for M&A transactions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess target companies, and manage projects from ideation through completion in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation analysis and synergy assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop financial models and evaluate target company fit
• Assist in managing projects through the due diligence process and prepare materials for senior leadership review

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related M&A roles
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience with financial modeling
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in telecom or technology preferred
• Interest in technology trends and a proactive approach to team initiatives
