Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source and maintain a pipeline of M&A targets while developing market understanding
• Conduct initial diligence and build financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities
• Manage deal execution processes and support integration post-transaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Experience with end-to-end M&A transactions and familiarity with data rooms
• Advanced financial modeling skills for analyzing revenue and cost synergies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
