Senior Corporate Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to the executive team, advising on M&A matters
• Drive the M&A process, including market analysis, target valuation, due diligence, and integration
• Identify industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders to shape corporate strategy

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
• Experience managing M&A deals from the buyside
• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in high-growth technology companies is a plus
