Senior Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate development strategy to support growth objectives, including evaluating M&A targets and partnership opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, and integration
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and provide strategic insights to the executive team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor/operator company
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Proven experience in underwriting and valuating development opportunities
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter are required attributes
