Senior Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Corporate Development Manager working remotely, the successful candidate will shape long-term growth strategies through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, managing critical deal workstreams and collaborating with Vanta's executive team on key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Vanta leaders to define strategy and assess growth opportunities
• Drive CorpDev processes end-to-end, including due diligence and post-deal integration
• Develop and present business case memos and financial analyses to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, VC/PE, or Investment Banking
• Demonstrable ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end-to-end
• Top-notch financial modeling and analytical skills
• Domain knowledge of GRC & Security end markets is a plus
