Senior Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading M&A execution end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Development Manager will develop business cases for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, construct financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DigitalOcean's market capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and financial analyses for potential acquisitions and strategic investments
• Lead end-to-end M&A execution from initial sourcing through closing
• Orchestrate cross-functional due diligence to identify integration risks and synergy opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of investment banking and/or corporate development experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience modeling capital allocation scenarios
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced executive communication skills to translate complex deal structures into clear narratives
