Senior Corporate Integration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst Corporate Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of an Enterprise Integration Playbook for transactions
• Assist integration managers in establishing a governance structure to mitigate integration risks
• Manage the integration management office (IMO) or separation management office (SMO) in support of the VP Corporate Integrations

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience in M&A transactions, integrations, and separations
• Healthcare experience preferred, especially in the pharma value chain or oncology
• Experience with carve-out, joint venture, and public company transactions preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to build credible relationships across teams
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong capability in problem-solving
