Senior Corporate Investigator

Job Summary

Working remotely during regular business hours in the Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Senior Corporate Investigator will conduct independent investigations into potential violations of company policies and applicable laws, ensuring the integrity and reputation of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and manage complex investigations with high efficiency and professionalism
• Develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including senior leadership, and assess investigative findings for risks and implications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• At least 10 years of experience in investigations within corporate, legal, compliance, or law enforcement environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end investigations, including planning and report writing
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent investigations and meet deadlines
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
