Senior Corporate Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify necessary documentation for loan underwriting and communicate with customers and Loan Officers
• Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submitting files to underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of 40 active loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and completing required documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Previous experience with Encompass
• Proficient knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
