Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary information and verify documentation
Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submission to underwriting
Manage a pipeline of active loans and ensure compliance with regulations and service level agreements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
Knowledge of mortgage regulations including RESPA and Regulation Z
Previous experience with Encompass
Proficient knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
