Senior Corporate Loan Processor
Job Summary
Managing the loan processing pipeline, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Loan Processor will obtain and verify documentation for underwriting, communicate with customers and Loan Officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary information and verify documentation for loan processing
- Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submitting files to underwriting
- Manage a pipeline of 40 active loans, ensuring timely processing and compliance with service level agreements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations
- Previous experience with Encompass software
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
