Senior Corporate M&A Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a boutique law firm, the full-time Senior Corporate M&A Paralegal will lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to post-closing while working remotely and enjoying excellent benefits and unlimited PTO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and project-manage M&A transactions, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
• Prepare first drafts of transaction documents and manage due diligence processes
• Coordinate deal execution with various stakeholders, including attorneys and clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of corporate transactional and M&A paralegal experience
• Strong experience supporting complex mergers and acquisitions
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working independently in a remote environment is preferred
