Senior Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive legal support to the General Counsel and leadership team on strategic initiatives
• Lead the selection and optimization of legal technology solutions, including CLM and e-billing platforms
• Manage corporate governance, including entity management and compliance across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Active ABA-approved Paralegal Certification is required
• 7-10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in in-house legal departments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Deep understanding of corporate formalities and operational needs of a private company legal department
• Demonstrated experience in project management and legal technology implementation
