Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain governance materials and support board meeting preparations
• Oversee the lifecycle of U.S. and international subsidiaries and manage corporate filings
• Support financing transactions and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a public company legal department
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, SEC compliance, and entity management
• Experience with legal operations and process optimization
