Job Summary

To support the Legal Department, the full-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage corporate records, conduct legal research, and assist with transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, including board minutes and organizational documents
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and facilitate annual meetings and board activities
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of legal documents for corporate transactions
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
  • Notary certification is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, contracts, and related documents
  • Proficiency in using computers, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe
