Job Summary
To support the Legal Department, the full-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage corporate records, conduct legal research, and assist with transactions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, including board minutes and organizational documents
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and facilitate annual meetings and board activities
- Collaborate with various departments to meet regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of legal documents for corporate transactions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
- Notary certification is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, contracts, and related documents
- Proficiency in using computers, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe
