Job Summary
Providing advanced support to attorneys in litigation, the part-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage case files, coordinate discovery, prepare legal documents, and conduct research while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of EEOC, FEPA, and similar agency filings, including internal investigations and preparation of documents
- Assist in managing litigation files from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal and factual research, summarize findings, and mentor junior paralegals on litigation procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex or high-volume cases
- Demonstrated experience with EEOC/FEPA management, discovery, and trial preparation
- Proficiency with legal software and tools, including Westlaw and LexisNexis
- U.S. Citizenship is required
