Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to support its talent strategy and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates through innovative methods, including industry groups and underrepresented talent communities
Partner with hiring managers to assist in structured interview processes
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter for various corporate roles
Experience hiring within growing SaaS companies
Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
Experience leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Preferred experience recruiting within the cybersecurity industry
