Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned business functions, managing the hiring process from kickoff to close
  • Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers, translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
  • Proven success in managing complex requisitions across various functions
  • Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
  • High standards for quality, ownership, and accountability in recruiting processes
