- Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned business functions, managing the hiring process from kickoff to close

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
- Proven success in managing complex requisitions across various functions
- Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
- High standards for quality, ownership, and accountability in recruiting processes
