Job Summary

To shape the future of the organization, the full-time Senior Corporate Recruiter will identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent across critical business functions while modernizing recruiting strategies and leveraging emerging tools in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive high-impact searches focused on talent quality and competitive hiring strategy
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to meet hiring demands and attract exceptional candidates
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing market intelligence and hiring insights
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proven success in recruiting across technical and corporate functions
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with hiring managers in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and performance insights
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing tools, with Greenhouse preferred
