Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, human resources, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
• Demonstrable instructional design methodologies and software experience
• Experience in training transformation projects or system implementation launches preferred
