A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Training Specialist responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers targeted training solutions, including onboarding and recurrent training
• Facilitates courses and evaluates trainee performance readiness, providing targeted feedback
• Collaborates with training colleagues to ensure alignment with learning goals and training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of training experience, both virtual and in-person
• Some previous healthcare industry experience or solid knowledge of the industry
• Proven ability to apply adult learning best practices in training development and delivery
• Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
