Senior Correspondent Account Executive

Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships with correspondent mortgage lenders, the full-time Senior Correspondent Account Executive will drive loan production and provide tailored solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with correspondent lenders to ensure smooth pipeline management
• Train partners on company programs, processes, and technology
• Act as a trusted advisor and monitor loan deliveries and compliance with industry trends

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in correspondent or third-party mortgage originations
• Proven success in account management or business development roles
• Strong knowledge of Delegated and Non-Delegated lending practices
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
