Senior Cost Accountant

Job Summary

Leading manufacturing cost accounting processes, the full-time hybrid Senior Cost Accountant will manage inventory valuation, product costing, and fixed asset accounting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing cost accounting and inventory accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze BOMs, routings, labor, and overhead allocations to support accurate product costing and variance analysis
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to manage inventory flows and improve cost visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP and inventory accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts is preferred
