Senior Cost Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Cost & Inventory Analyst will manage operational financial planning, reporting, and decision support, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive cost optimization and support month-end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the timely and accurate completion of the month-end close and support annual budgeting processes
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support special projects while collaborating with supply chain and procurement teams
• Analyze cost metrics and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, operations finance, or related roles
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
• Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
