Senior Cost Estimator
Job Summary
To support capital project initiatives, the full-time Senior Cost Estimator will generate parametric and detailed estimates, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing estimating tools in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors to understand project scope and requirements
- Generate parametric and assembly-level cost estimates using existing estimating tools and templates
- Train estimators on revised tools and assist in developing standard work instructions for project scoping and estimating
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional cost estimating experience in design and construction
- Experience estimating construction projects for energy utilities and civil engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AACE Cost Engineering Practices
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Familiarity with Enterprise Estimating Systems and process improvement methodologies is a plus
