Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, project governance, and risk management
• Support the development of clients' capital plans and facilitate the funding process
• Forecast project outcomes and ensure effective project closure and cost control

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project Controls or related roles
• Proficient in Cost Estimating for construction projects
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and project management software like Primavera (P6) and MS Project
• Preferred certifications include MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, or Six Sigma
