Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager (CSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget estimates through accurate quantity take-offs and scope definition
• Build unit costs and evaluate change orders while managing subcontractor and client relationships
• Implement risk and value management exercises and assist in the continuous cost management process

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in a related field post-undergraduate degree
• Working towards Professional Certification (MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent) preferred
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the construction industry and cost-estimating methods
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
